For qualified investors and strategic capital partners

Fund the rail through measured proof.

D4W is developing a commercial control plane that lets consent, proof, rights, attribution, and evidence travel with a digital transaction. The investment path begins with a paid design-partner workflow, turns the reusable controls into platform infrastructure, and advances only when defined operating gates are met.

D4W is at the design-partner stage. Capabilities, commercial models, affiliations, and infrastructure plans are proposed or pilot-scoped unless confirmed in definitive agreements.

Why now

Trust is becoming an operating requirement, not a policy appendix.

Regulated platforms and enterprise buyers increasingly need evidence of identity, eligibility, consent, provenance, rights, human oversight, and data handling. AI agents increase the number and speed of decisions that must be bounded and reconstructed. Sovereignty requirements are shaping where data and compute can run. Yet proof remains fragmented across vendors, so people over-disclose and platforms repeatedly pay to rebuild trust.

01

Platform accountability

Buyers need reviewable controls and evidence across identity, content, rights, payments, safety, and support workflows.

02

Agentic operations

Automated action needs scoped authority, policy gates, human escalation, rollback, and a record of what occurred.

03

Data and compute sovereignty

Jurisdiction, residency, attestation, and operational control increasingly influence procurement and infrastructure design.

04

Producer agency

Creators and users need portable proof, consent, attribution, and rights that do not disappear at a platform boundary.

How D4W intends to earn

Three stages, each unlocked by evidence.

The model is deliberately staged. It does not assume infrastructure scale before a customer workflow proves demand, nor recurring revenue before reusable product modules exist.

Paid pilots
Fixed-fee discovery, integration, controlled production, and evaluation for one bounded workflow with a budget and acceptance criteria.
Platform revenue
Proposed recurring control-plane subscription plus usage-based fees for governed API events, proofs, consent receipts, rights attestations, and evidence packets.
Infrastructure revenue
Later-phase, separately financed access to metered compute, storage, edge, energy, and data-centre capacity supplied by qualified federation partners.
Current status: D4W has not published final pricing or claimed recurring infrastructure revenue. The immediate commercial objective is a paid design-partner pilot that proves one operating result.

Defensibility

Keep vendors replaceable. Make evidence continuity compound.

D4W's proposed defensibility does not depend on trapping customers inside a single identity, cloud, blockchain, model, or data provider. It is intended to live in the orchestration and evidence contract: versioned policy packs, governed interfaces, reusable workflow modules, consent and attribution continuity, and the accumulated operating knowledge needed to reconstruct each transaction across changing suppliers.

IP

Reusable control modules

Policy, proof, rights, evidence, approval, and escalation components designed to move from one paid workflow to the next.

API

Native functionality cohorts

Qualified contributors connect specialist functions through bounded interfaces while D4W preserves the operating contract and customer decision path.

DATA

Evidence continuity

A consistent record of permissions, policy versions, proof events, decisions, and outcomes becomes more useful with each governed transaction.

Milestone gates

Capital follows a de-risking result.

G1

Anchor workflow contracted

A named customer, budget, executive owner, baseline, system boundary, and acceptance criteria.

G2

Controlled production measured

The workflow operates inside explicit permissions and produces a reviewable scorecard for quality, time, disclosure, safety, and auditability.

G3

Reusable modules proven

A second customer or workflow uses common control-plane components without rebuilding the rail from zero.

G4

Federation capacity connected

A qualified private energy, data-centre, compute, storage, or edge partner is metered through governed interfaces under a separately approved commercial structure.

Operating structure

One commercial operator inside an emerging federation model.

D4W is the proposed commercial operator for customer contracts, pilots, productization, orchestration, and support. MAUI is the working name for the trust-policy and evidence architecture and its contemplated public-interest stewardship. PILLARS is the emerging federation framework intended to connect commercial, public-interest, producer, and later infrastructure participants.

Open diligence item: legal form, IP ownership, licensing, royalties, revenue share, and the roles of affiliated organizations must be set by definitive agreements. This website does not imply that those arrangements are complete.

Team

Founder-led, capability-building stage.

Andrew Mugridge, founder. Andrew is assembling the customer proposition, product and trust architecture, native functionality cohorts, delivery partners, and milestone capital needed to reach paid proof.

Additional executives, advisors, partners, and contributors will be named publicly only after their roles are confirmed and they have consented to publication.

What the current stage must prove

  • A buyer will fund one bounded workflow.
  • The control plane can operate within explicit technical and human authority.
  • At least one module is reusable across customers or workflows.
  • Background and contributed IP can be licensed without ambiguity.
  • Partners can add capacity without capturing the customer relationship.

Investor briefing

Request the diligence pathway.

Qualified parties can request the current thesis, milestone plan, operating assumptions, open diligence items, and the evidence required before any definitive transaction.

  • State your investment or strategic mandate.
  • Identify the stage, geography, and capital type you consider.
  • Note any relevant platform, infrastructure, or regulatory experience.
  • Propose the next confidential diligence step.
